App Store won't download or update apps, ipad & ipad mini. I've tried downloading new apps from the App Store however the app won't download to my ipad. I've also selected to update about 13 apps however these are not updating either. They just sit there as black icons and eventually get a message ' unable to download apps. If you can't update your apps and you're seeing a message that says "your account is disabled in the App Store", there may be a problem with your payment method. Contact Apple Support for assistance. You can always delete the existing app that won't update on iPad and then download it again for a version with latest feature update. This is a pain to do but if you wish to retain all data associated with the app, you can just offload it and then reinstall.
